Voodoo, Trams and Burgers. . what!!??

Another fabulous couple of weeks over here as Urban Excursions celebrates the warm weather with fun senior activities!  We certainly mix it up around here, but variety is what keeps these senior outings fun and exciting. Back by popular demand, we went soaring over Portland in one of our guests favorite outings on the Portland Aerial Tram. We took in amazing views at OHSU and lucked out on some beautiful spring weather. After our senior adventure we enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Little Big Burger just at the base of the tram on the South Waterfront, yum. . .buurrrgerrs!

We also want to send a very special thank you and shout out to the amazing staff at Portland’s famous Voodoo Doughnut! They made our senior outing with Emerson House Memory Care very special, with a sample of doughnuts including the original Bacon Maple Bar. They even gave away a free Voodoo Doughnut Tee-shirt to a lucky guest! Special shout out to owners Tres Shannon and Kenneth “Cat Daddy” Pogson, you guys are the best!!
