Dee in Spaaaace!

Today’s Urban Excursions, Senior Outing was “Out of this world”! One of my favorite guests, Dee (as seen from space below)  joined her husband Larry and four others on another exciting senior adventure! Dee and Larry have not been able to live together due to various age-related reasons and it is always very special when they can reunite over an Urban Excursion. Our shuttle bus is able pick each of them up at their respective homes and reunite them for four fun-filled hours.

Today brought us to the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) where our Excursionites viewed Secrets of the Sun in the Planetarium. We then enjoyed a snack and coffee in the Galileo Cafe located at OMSI. A fun day was had by all! We even had time to check out the submarine and enjoy this beautiful fall day!
